Happiness is Required
How are you feeling? Are you aware that your feelings directly affect your ability to consciously create your world?
Happiness is required if you want to manifest your dreams and desires.
If you are one of those people that walk around feeling depressed and talk about how life doesn't work, then life absolutely won't work for you. In fact, it is a Universal Law that life won't work for you. And because that is your belief, everywhere you look you will find evidence that life doesn't work.
Life can be complicated. There are so many things happening all at once - so many people and things need your attention. You have to decide where to put your time and energy.
Actually there are only two things you really need to focus upon: one is wisdom and the other is joy or happiness.
Seek wisdom.
Seek happiness.
As you pursue those two, everything else will work itself out.
Seek the wisdom to understand why you aren't experiencing joy. And then fix it.
According to a wise teacher named Abraham, there are only two emotions: one feels good and one feels bad. Even at a soul level you know what you desire.
Your emotions are designed to give you feedback about how you are creating. You create by your words, thoughts, and actions. Whatever you focus on, you create. If you focus on the good stuff, you get good stuff - and you get good feelings letting you know that you are thinking thoughts and taking actions that are leading you toward your dreams and desires.
If you focus on the bad stuff - the things you fear, the things you dread, the things that are wrong in the world, with other people, and with yourself, then you get bad stuff happening in your life. And your feelings are in the negative direction. You feel bad. You feel sad. You feel depressed. You feel angry.
If you are feeling any of the negative emotions, it is because you are thinking, saying, and doing things that are directly in opposition to what you really want. But because you are focused on those things, you are creating your world exactly the way you don't want it to be.
You have a choice - always.
O.K., so you find yourself falling into the catagory of feeling bad. How do you get out of that?
Its easy. Find your happiness and pursue it. Do whatever it takes to feel good.
Watch a movie. Read an uplifting book. Walk in nature. Cry and then get over it. Call on the dolphins using the meditation in the free ebook I give you when you join the newsletter list. Call on the angels. Call the friend that always manages to make you feel better - don't overuse this method, the friend will soon get tired of lifting you up and you won't have that option anymore.
The fastest way to get out of feeling bad is to be in gratitude. It is impossible to be sad while you are giving thanks for something.
I suggest a gratitude journal - write down one million things that you love, that you are happy about, that make you smile, that make you laugh. Seek out what brings you joy and write about it. It is impossible to do this for very long and remain unhappy.
Give thanks for all you are, for all you have, for all you've experienced, for all that is to come. Smile to yourself and others.
The more you give thanks, the more you will have reason to be thankful.
